By registering and using MIA Genius, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you are acting on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Description of the service
MIA Genius is an artificial intelligence platform that allows:
- Generate and translate content in multiple languages
- Optimize content for multilingual SEO
- Integrate with third-party platforms
- Manage global content projects
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with prior notice.
3. User account
You are responsible for:
- Keep your password confidential
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
4. Prohibited uses
You cannot use MIA Genius to:
- Generating illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or offensive content
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties
- Attempting to access systems in an unauthorized manner
- Reverse engineer our platform
- Reselling or redistributing the service without authorization
- Overloading our systems or carrying out attacks
5. Intellectual property
Your content:
You retain all rights to the content you create. You grant us a limited license to process it and provide you with the service.
Our platform:
MIA Genius, its technology, design and brand are our exclusive property. No license is granted on our underlying technology.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be free of errors or interruptions
- The generated content will be 100% accurate or appropriate
- The results will meet your specific expectations.
It is your responsibility to review and approve all generated content before its public use.
7. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time from the settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, without refund of fees paid. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
8. Changes in terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the service after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
